Rates and FAQ’s

  • What is your therapy rate?

    My full therapy rate for an individual 50 minutes session is $150. I also offer a sliding scale rate at $75-100 . There are a limited number of sliding scale slots in order to ensure quality clinical services at an sustainable and accessible manner.

  • Do you offer Couples or Family Therapy?

    I do offer Couples Therapy at $200 for a full 50 minute session. I do not offer family therapy however, when appropriate, I do often integrate family members and loved ones into session, such as for parent support and education sessions.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    I do not accept insurance to ensure that I can offer services without the limitations of insurance coverage.

    Although I am not able to bill your insurance directly, I am experienced and happy to provide super bills for insurance reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider and inquiring about your out-of-network mental or behavioral health coverage.

  • What are your in-person and virtual options?

    I’m only seeing clients virtually at the moment.

  • What qualifications and training do you have as a therapist?

    I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#136953). I graduated with a M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego. I am being supervised by Jacob Rostovsky, LMFT (#121615).

  • What type of therapy do you offer?

    I have worked with a wide range of clientele using a variety of evidenced based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
